Changing Plans#
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the billing settings. Changes take effect immediately with prorated adjustments.

What happens if I exceed the unit limit? You'll be prompted to upgrade to a higher plan. Your existing data remains accessible.
Is there a long-term contract? No. All plans are commitment-free. You can cancel at any time.
Are the free tools really free? Yes. The quorum, contingency fund, and special assessment calculators are accessible without an account.
